Rochelle Park, N.J.-based sausage processor Premio Foods announced the debut of premiorecipes.com, a free, community-based recipe exchange database.
Traffic to the recipe section of premiofoods.com has almost doubled over the past six months, prompting the new database's introduction, CEO Marc Cinque said in a news release.
The database is meant to be an exchange, Premio said. Those who own, maintain or operate food and recipe blogs and Web sites are encouraged to link to and share with the database. Premio Consulting Chef James Galileo will regularly add recipes along with wine pairings.
"As more and more families are choosing to dine in, the Premio Foods family wanted to share our recipe library with every other family," Cinque said. "This database includes recipes for every time of day and every taste bud, and was created for the dining enjoyment of the public."
