Best Sausage Grilling Tips

Pre-Heat Grill.

To prevent sticking lightly brush or rub the casings with olive oil. This also makes them extra crispy.

Place links about 7-9 inches above a medium flame.

Turn links often using tongs, be gentle while handling.

Don't prick the sausage prior to or during cooking them. This will drain the juices and flavor.

Cook thoroughly for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Optimal temperature is 165F using a meat thermometer.
