How to Make Annie's Easy-Peasy Kale and Sausage Soup:
- In a soup pot, sauté Premio sausage, onion and seasonings, until sausage is cooked. Once sausage is done and onion is transparent, add all remaining ingredients to pot and bring to a boil.
- Turn to a very low simmer and cook for 2 hours to blend in flavors. Transfer to serving bowl and serve with crusty bread, butter and a cold, crisp green salad.
