How to make Apple Spice Sausage Muffins:
- In a pan, brown sausages until done, according to package instructions; chop and drain.
- Sprinkle sausage with ½ cup of dry cake mix. Mix into balance of cake mix and add other ingredients on box, except substitute oil for apple sauce.
- Fill each muffin ¾ full and cook until top springs back to touch.
