    Avo-Sausage Egg Melt


     

    Ingredients:

    • 8-oz. Premio Hot Italian Sausage, cooked
    • 2 avocados, halved lengthwise
    • 4 eggs
    • 4-oz. sharp cheddar cheese
    • Sea salt
    • Pepper
    • Garlic salt
    • Oregano
    • Red pepper flakes

    How to make Avo-Sausage Egg Melt:

    1. Pit avocados and put eggs in hollow.  Broil eggs until almost done.
    2. Add cooked sausage and cheddar cheese to eggs; broil until melted.
    3. Add any additional spices and voila!
