How to make Cajun Sausage and Goat Cheese Mini Tarts:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown bacon in a large skillet and remove to a paper towel to drain. Remove casing from Premio Cajun Sausage and in a bowl combine with goat cheese, tomato, onion, mayonnaise and basil. Divide each biscuit in half horizontally and place a half in the cup of a buttered or sprayed mini-muffin cup, pressing gently to fit. Spoon 1 tablespoon filling into each cup and bake 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 40 appetizers.
