    Easy Saugage and Peppers


     

    Ingredients:

    • 2 lbs. hot Premio Sausage, 2"-3" slices
    • 1 lb. Premio sweet sausage, 2"-3"slices
    • 1 large white onion, peeled and sliced
    • 2 lbs cubano peppers, cleaned and cut into quarters

    How to make Easy Saugage and Peppers:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Put sausage in 13x9 pan, cover halfway with water. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for one hour.
    Place peppers and onions in another 13x9 pan, cover halfway with water. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
    Combine peppers-onion into sausage pan, reduce water to have sauasages covered about 1/3 of the way.
    Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Strain water. Serve on Italian bread.
