How to make Fabada Asturiana:
1. In large pot on high heat brown onions, peppers, and garlic. Remove from pan and set aside.
2. Add Premio Chorizo Sausage and cook for 2 min.
3. Add tomato paste and stir continuously for 1 min.
4. Add water to pot and deglaze
5. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
6. Cover and let simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve in a bowl as stew or over rice.
