- Combine the tomato, onion, jalapeno, roasted Poblano, cilantro and lime in a bowl. Season with salt and mix well; set aside.
- Cook the Premio sausages on a grill. While the sausages cook, spread the butter on the buns and toast on the grill. Split the cooked sausages lengthwise without cutting them all the way through (butterflied).
- Spread some of the beans on each side of the bun. Place a slice of cheese over the beans and top with the split sausage. Spoon some of the salsa on over the sausage and finish with a few slices of avocado.
