    Grandma's Sausage Stuffing


     

    Ingredients:

    • 1 pkg. Premio Sausage Meat
    • 2 medium onions, chopped
    • 2 stalks celery, diced or chopped
    • 1 16-oz. package stuffing mix
    • 2 cups chicken broth or hot water 

     

     

    How to make Grandma's Sausage Stuffing:

    1. In a large skillet, saute meat, onion and celery, breaking up meat as it cooks. 
    2. When meat is done, add stuffing mixture and enough of the liquid to yield desired consistency (DO NOT pour off drippings).
    3. Blend thoroughly and place in casserole dish; bake until top of stuffing gets crusted.
