How to make Italian Spinach Pie:
Take Premio Sweet/Mild Italian Sausage out of casings and saute in the chopped onion until cooked. Drain fat. Cook and drain spinach. Squeeze excess water. Mix sausage, onion, spinach, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Put in 9 inch pie shell. Top with mozzarella. Cover with top crust. Bake at 375 degrees until crust is nicely brown- about 30-40 minutes. Serves 4-6.
