    Premio Foods presents the Italian sausage recipe Janz Giambotta that is spicy and mighty tasty as well! Cook the recipe for your loved ones – both family and friends. They will enjoy this dish!

    Ingredients:

    • 2 lb Premio Italian sausage -sweet or hot
    • 1 red, yellow and green pepper
    • 1 lg spanish onion
    • 3 lg cloves of garlic,
    • 1/4 cup giardiniera -hot or mild
    • Salt & pepper
    • 1/3 cup parm or romano cheese
    • 4 -5 potatoes
    • Fresh basil and oregano (can be dried)

    How to make Janz Giambotta:

    Grill Premio Sausage just to brown, not all the way thru-cut into 2 inch pieces. cube potatoes, cut onion in large chunks, cut peppers in large strips, rough chop garlic, basil and oregano.

    Put all of the above ingredients into a large roasting pan, except the cheese -drizzle and with Olive oil, add giardiniera, salt &pepper, mix together. Bake covered at 350 for 35 minutes. stirring occasionally. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese, bake for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve with italian bread and mangia! Serves 4-6.
