How to make Land and Sea Bar-B-Q:
Add oil to bottom of large foil pan enough to just cover then add:
Premio Sausage with the potatos peppers ( green and red) and onions cover with foil. Place on hot grill at a medium heat for 45 minutes.
• 1 dozen clams ( cleaned shells)
• 1 pound shrimp ( can be left in shell fresh or frozen)
• 1 pound crab legs ( already steamed)
• Recover with foil and continue cooking on grill for 1/2 hour to 45 mins. This is done when clams open and shrimp is pinked. Serves 4 to 6.
