    Mexican Spaghetti


     

    Ingredients:

    • Cooking spray
    • 1 pound Premio Chorizo Sausage, sliced
    • 2 teaspoons chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
    • 1/4 cup chicken broth
    • 1 6 oz. can tomatoe paste
    • 1 Cup reduced fat shredded cheddar
    • 16 oz. spaghetti, cooked
    • 1/2 cup salsa

    How to make Mexican Spaghetti:

    Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add Premio Chorizo Sausage, cook five minutes, or until browned. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute, stirring often. Stir in broth and tomato paste. Cook 2 minutes, until thickens. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Mix with sauce and serve.
