|How to make Nothing-But-Net Panini:
1. Cook sausage according to package directions. Cut each sausage in half lengthwise
2. Cut Ciabatta rolls in half and assemble the sandwich as follws: Bottom of Ciabatta roll, 1 slice cheddar cheese, slice of tomato, three pieces sliced sausage, handful of spinach, 1 slice cheddar cheese and top of Ciabatta roll; make all 4
3. Heat Panini in Panini press, sandwich press, grill pan or skillet. Place Panini on hot surface, apply pressure for 5 minutes or as maker directs (if using grill pan or skillet, turn after 3-4 minutes and apply pressure to other side for an additional 3 minutes)
4. Dip Panini in sauce or spread on sandwich, if using and enjoy!
