    Premio Breakfast on the Deck


     

    Ingredients:

    • 1 package Premio Breakfast sausage
    • 6 eggs
    • 1 1/2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
    • 12 TBSP. cheddar cheese, shredded
    • Cooking spray
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    How to make Premio Breakfast on the Deck:

    1. Spray a muffin tin (that holds 6 large muffins) well with cooking spray.
    2. Grill sausage until done, according to package directions; chop into crumbly pieces.
    3. Divide the sausage equally into each space in the muffin tin.
    4. Place ¼ cup shredded has browns on top of sausage in each space in muffin tin.
    5. Top each muffin space with one egg, salt and pepper, and top with remaining cheddar cheese; place on grill for approximately 30-40 minutes (grill should be at 250 degrees).
    6. Turn out onto plate and enjoy!
