    Premio Cajun Sausage and Penne Pasta


     

    Ingredients:

    • 1 Green Bell Pepper, seeded and sliced
    • 1 Small Sweet Onion sliced
    • 1lb Premio Cajun Sausage Chopped into 1-inch pieces
    • 1 to 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Garlic Chile Sauce
    • 1-Cup Chicken Stock
    • 1-Tablespoon Butter
    • 1-Tablespoon Olive Oil
    • Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 12 oz Cooked and drained Penne Pasta

    How to make Premio Cajun Sausage and Penne Pasta:

    Heat a large saute pan, add the Olive Oil and Premio Cajun Sausage, cook for 5-6 minutes, add onions and peppers and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, add chicken stock, butter, Sriracha sauce, stir and add pasta mixing well. Serve in large pasta bowls and top with generous amount of Parmesan cheese.
