    Premio Chorizo Brushetta


     

    Ingredients:

    • 1 pound Premio Chorizo, peel and ground
    • 1/4 cup onion chopped
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/2 cup ripe cherry tomatoes chopped.
    • 2 spoonfulls of olive oil
    • Salt to taste
    • Slices of swiss cheese
    • 1 frech baggette bread sliced diagonal
    How to make Premio Chorizo Brushetta:
    Peel and ground Premio Chorizo Sausage, add garlic powder, salt and pepper,mix well set aside
    Chop tomato and onion in small pieces.
    Place and slices of bread on cookie sheet, place spoonfull of chorizo mix, topped with tomato and onion chopped pour olive oil and sprinkle salt over, cover with sweet cheese, bake for about 5 minutes at 350 until cheese melt, serve hot or cold.
