    PREMIO Grilled Brats with Roasted Pears


     

    Ingredients:

    • 2 packages of Premio Bratwurst
    • 4 Sickle or Bosc Pears sliced thin
    • ½ stick unsalted butter
    • 4 spring’s fresh rosemary
    • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
    • Salt
    How to make Premio Grilled Brats with Roasted Pears:
    Heat butter in large pan until hot, add pears and sauté until caramelized 10-15 minutes, half way through add the rosemary springs and continue to sauté and toss with the pears. While this is sautéing grill the brats on bbq or grill pan, when done slice each brat into pieces 5/brat. You can grill the brats before and have them ready when the pears are caramelized.  Add the brats to the pan and toss with the pear mixture, add the maple syrup and toss until thoroughly mixed, 4-5 minutes pour on a plate and take out rosemary springs. Sprinkle some kosher salt and serve. Make sure your guests have a piece of pear with each piece of brat. This is a guaranteed hit and show stopping item. Perfect appetizer for any event as it is very easy to make. Thank you Premio
