Blend Premio’s fresh sausage with peppers, onions and mushrooms to create a winning combination for everyone’s taste buds. It tastes exceptional in a chunky and flavorful Premio Po’ Boy sausage sandwich, with pickles and slaw. Planning on making a pizza? Combine the fresh Premio Pepper, Onion and Mushroom with heirloom tomatoes, basil and Gorgonzola cheese for amazing consistency and aromas packed in every crunchy bite!  For a spicy treat, crumble the Premio Pepper, Onion and Mushroom sausage and mix with cilantro, cheese and pepper flakes to make a spicy sausage ring. Not only does it look awesome but it tastes even better!

Cooking Instructions
Outdoor Grilling:
Pre-heat grill. Place sausage on grill over medium flame for 15-20 minutes. Use tongs to turn sausage often until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
Indoor Broiling:
Place sausage on broiler rack at least 7-9 inches below heating element and broil until golden brown (about 10-12 minutes each side). Serve and enjoy!
Heat a pan to medium temperature. Add 3 tablespoons water and place sausage in pan. Cover the pan, continue heating for 10-12 minutes, turning the sausage often. Remove cover and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!

Always cook sausage to a minimum of 160° F.
Storing Cooked Sausage:
Cover the sausage or place in a closed container. Refrigerate and serve within 2-3 days.
Methods To Reheat: Microwave:
Heat 1 sausage approximately 1 minute on high or until warmed to your satisfaction (adjust time according to your microwave).
Pan Heat:
Medium temperature in a covered pan for 8-10 minutes.
