    Premio Sausage & Bacon Poppers


     

    Ingredients:

    How to make Premio Sausage & Bacon Poppers

    1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
    2. Cut 12 Jalapenos in half, length wise, de-vein and deseed
    3. Remove 1 package Mild Italian Sausage from casing and brown. 
    4. Drain well.  Mix in cream cheese, stir while hot, and until blended well.
    5. Pipe sausage cream cheese mixture into the jalapeno halves and wrap with a half piece of bacon.
    6. Place on a cookie sheet sausage, cream cheese side up
    7. Back at 325 for 45-50 mins.
