How to make Premio Sweet Italian Sausage Pesto Pasta:
Put a pot on to boil for the pasta and cook according to box directions.
In a medium high heat frying pan heat 2 Tablespoons olive oil and brown Premio Sweet Italian Sausage Meat, cook through. Drain excess fat and reserve meat.
Once you have drained the pasta, coat with 1 Tablespoon of olive oil, return it to it’s pot and add the sausage meat, pesto and peppers. Heat through stirring frequently. Approx 3 min if the meat is still hot.
Garnish with olives and parsley.
Serves four. This recipe can be easily doubled to make leftovers or feed more hungry kids.
