    Premo Pasta Toss


     

    Ingredients:

    • 1 package sweet basil italian sausage sliced 1/2 inch thick
    • 1 shallot, chopped
    • 1/4 olive oil
    • 1 garlic clove chopped
    • 1 12 oz package sliced mushrooms (baby bella), rinsed
    • 3/4 cup white wine
    • 6 roma tomatoes, chopped
    • 10-12 basil leaves, chopped
    • Sea salt
    • 1 package angel hair pasta
    • Parmesan cheese

    How to make Premo Pasta Toss:

    Heat Large skillet, add olive oil, shallots and garlic. Sautee 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Add Premio Sweet Basil Sausage, saute 3-4 minutes, until sausage is browned on both sides. Add mushrooms, white wine and stir. Add sea salt to taste. Simmer uncovered 1-2 minutes until white wine is reduced to half. Add roma tomatoes and chopped basil. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Prepare packaged angel hair pasta and drain. Serve sauce over angel hair pasta and top with parmesan cheese.

    Serves 4-6.
