How to make Quiche Premio:
• Evenly sprinkle the cooked Premio Premio Sweet/Mild Italian Sausage into the bottom of the pie shell. Spread the speghetti sauce over the top and sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.
• In a blender, combine the eggs, whipping cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
• Pour over everything.
• Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the middle comes out clean.
• Cool 15 minutes before cutting into wedges.
