How to make Rice and Beans ala Premio Chorizo:
1. Coat a large pot with olive oil.
2. Cut the Premio Chorizo Sausage into pieces, add to the pot and brown them.
3. Add pre-cooked bacon, Goya Sazon packets, 3 tbsp. of the Sofrito, 2 cups of rice, olives, peppers and water.
4. Simmer for about 20-30 minutes, constantly adding water and mixing the ingredients.
