  • Rosemary Sausage and potatos

    Rosemary Sausage and potatos



    • 1 package Premio Tomato, Garlic & Rosemary sausage 16oz
    • 5 large yukon gold potatos -cubed-
    • 2 large onions -sliced-
    • 4 cloves garlic -diced-
    • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 Tbspoon fresh rosemary -diced-
    • 1tsp salt
    • 1tsp pepper
    • 1 - 5 cups water
    • 1 cup cherry tomatos -halved-
    • Mozzarella cheese

    How to make Rosemary Sausage and potatos:

    Slice the sausage in to 1/4" wheels.

    In a large skillet that has a lid heat the olive oil over med-high heat, add onions, sausage, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Cook stiring untill onions are slightly tender.

    Stir in the cubed potatos and 1 & 1/2 cup of the water, cover.
    Stir every 2 min add more water if nessacary so that the potatos will cook, about 8-12 min. when the potatos are tender and the sausage is cooked add the tomatos, turn down heat and allow to simmer for 2 min. serve warm topped with cheese.
