|How to make Sausage and Meatballs:
1. Cook sausage on grill top, until they’re a little crunchy on the outside; set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine chop meat, eggs, bread crumbs and seasoning. Form meatballs and drop uncooked meatballs into marinara sauce, in a big pot on stove top.
3. Cut sausage into fourths; add to meatballs on stove. Let it come to a boiling bubble then set to simmer for several hours.
4. Serve over pasta or on Italian bread for a sandwich.
