How to make Sausage Gratin:
Set the oven at 400F. Cook onion and garlic with butter for about 5 minutes in a pan, add mushroom and broccoli and cook about 2 minutes. Add sliced Premio Sweet/Mild Italian Sausage and white wine. After boiling, reduce heat to medium-low, cook another 5 minutes. Pour all the mixture in the greased 9-1/2" x 1- 1/2" pyrex deep pie dish, pour cream and sprinkle cheese. Cook in the oven until cheese bubbles.
