    Sausage, Peppers, & Onions on Linguine



    • 1 Pkg. of 6 either Premio Hot Italian Sausage or Mild Premio Sausage
    • 1 16 oz. can of tomato sauce
    • 1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
    • 2 medium onions
    • 2 Large green peppers
    • 1 pkg of linguine

    How to make Sausage, Peppers, & Onions on Linguine:

    Prep: Peel and chop, dicing preferred both onions. Cut and dice peppers. Combine in bowl and mix to gether.
    Cook:Into a frying pan, heated on medium heat, place peppers and onions. Start boiling water for pasta.
    After about 5 min. take the sausage links and slice gently to break open casing. Peel casing off. Pull sausage apart making little chunks of sausage. Mix in with peppers and onions. Cook until onions are clear, peppers are tender and sausage is thoughouly cooked...about 10-12 min.
    While sausage, peppers, and onions are cooking open both cans of sauce. Also water should be boiling;cook pasta according to package.
    Once peppers, onion, and sausage mixture is cooked reduce heat to medium-low. Pour in sauce and simmer about 5-7 min.
    Drain pasta.

    Presentation: Place a serving of pasta onto plate. Add 1 cup of sausage, peppers, and onion mixture onto pasta.
