Brown the Premio Hot Italian Sausage in large skillet. Remove sauage and set aside, add onions, bell peppers and garlic, saute until softened. Add thyme, salt ,pepper, tomatoes and sauage. Simmer for 6minutes, add water bring to a boil. Add rice reduce heat and cover. Cook for 25 minutes or until rice is done.
