How to make Sausage Stuffed Chicken Breast :
Saute Premio Sausage, celery, and onion. Reduce heat and mix in stuffinf mix and egg. Place mixture into chicken breasts, secure with toothpicks. Brush with melted butter and roll in breadcrumbs. Place in baking dish with 1/4 cup oil and 1/4 cup wine. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook another 15 minutes. Transfer to serving platter. Pour liquid and mushrooms over chicken.
