How to Make Southern Asiago:
- Cut Premio sausages thinly. Add olive oil to frying pan and sear sausage until brown; set aside, to drain off excess oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the red cabbage, romaine lettuce, shredded carrots and green onions. Add Premio sausage and drizzle with Italian dressing, tossing to coat. Toss in sesame seeds (optional).
