How to Make Spaghetti ala Pagna:
- In a pot, add water. Boil spaghetti according to package; drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add oil. Remove casings from Premio sausage and add to the skillet; fry until golden.
- Add tomato paste, chicken cube, parsley, chopped onion, garlic, spring of thyme and 6-oz. water; stir. Let simmer then add in spaghetti; toss. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- In a separate pot, boil eggs. Once they cook, chop and add to top of spaghetti. Serve and then enjoy.
