    Stuffed Meatloaf



    • 1/2 pound Premio Sweet Italian sauage, sliced paper thin
    • 1/2 pound Premio Hot Italian sauage , sliced thin
    • 2 pound ground beef
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    • 1 exlarge egg, beaten
    • 1/2 cup tomato juice
    • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
    • 1 tablespoon dried or fresh parsley
    • 1 small red sliced pepper, thin
    • 1 small yellow sliced pepper, thin
    • 1small green sliced pepper, thin
    • 1 small sliced onion, thin
    • 1 cup shdreded cheese, yellow
    • 1 cup shreddard white cheese

    How to make Stuffed Meatloaf:

    Cook Premio Sweet/Mild Italian Sausage in large fry pan, cook until golden brown; sait aside.
    In a large bowel, mix ground beef, onion,green pepper, egg, tomato juice, brown sugar and parsley; mix well. divide it in half. Place half in a quare baking dish. Pour cooked sauage over meatloaf, then put sliced green,red yellow pepper on top of sausage. then with cheese. Place the other half of meatlof over cheese. Seal.  Bake at 350 for 1 hour or unitl done.  Serve warm with Italian bread and sauce.
