How to make Stuffed Meatloaf:
Cook Premio Sweet/Mild Italian Sausage in large fry pan, cook until golden brown; sait aside.
In a large bowel, mix ground beef, onion,green pepper, egg, tomato juice, brown sugar and parsley; mix well. divide it in half. Place half in a quare baking dish. Pour cooked sauage over meatloaf, then put sliced green,red yellow pepper on top of sausage. then with cheese. Place the other half of meatlof over cheese. Seal. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or unitl done. Serve warm with Italian bread and sauce.
