How to make Super Sausage Gyros:
Make sauce. In a small bowl combine all ingredients. Refrigerate up to 1 day until ready to use.
Light a grill. When the fire is medium hot, brush the grate with olive oil. Grill the sausages for about 12 minutes, turning as needed, until cooked through.
Slice the sausages into 2 inch pieces. Layer the sausage on the pita breads and top them with the lettuce, tomato, onion and a spoonful of Yogurt-Cucumber Sauce. Fold the pitas over the sausage slices and serve right away, passing the remaining yogurt sauce alongside.
