How to make Sweet N' Spicy Sausage Masala:
Saute' ginger garlic paste in margarine. Put the chopped onions to it . Add the corn kernels and saute for 2 minutes. Add green peppers.
In another pan caramalise sugar. Add the sausages cut in to small pieces. Cover and cook till brown.
Add the caramalised sausage pieces to the sauted items. Add tomato sauce and check for salt. Garnish with grated cheese and cilantro leaves. Serve hot. Makes 4-6 servings.
