How to make “Torta Cubana” Mexican style
1. Slice bolillo roll in half.
2. Stack and layer ingredients in lower half of bun.
3. Top with sour cream.
4. Cover with top half of bun.
1. In small pan brown whole link.
2. Pour 1/4 cup of water in pan and cover.
3. When cooked through, remove and cut in quarters.
1. Using beef cutlet… pound with a mallet until 1/8 inch thick
2. Dredge in flour
3. Dip in egg bath
4. Bread in panko or other bread crumb.
5. Fry in pan until golden brown.
