How to make Zingy Corn Dip:1. In a food processor or blender, combine 1 1/2 cups sweet corn, garlic, vinegar, oil, lime juice, chilies, sugar, cumin and salt. Pulse until all ingredients are combined and consistency is smooth.
2. Add 1/2 cup of yogurt and cream cheese. Pulse to combine.
3. Using a rubber spatula, transfer mixture to a serving bowl and fold in remaining yogurt, until just combined. Salt to taste.
4. Gently stir in chorizo, cilantro and remaining 1/2 cup of corn.
5. Serve with Three Bean Dippin’ Chips.
