Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package Premio Premio’s Sweet Italian Sausage or Premio Hot Italian Sausage
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 bag tortilla chips
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Premio's Super Bowl Sausage Dip:
1. In a frying pan over medium heat, cook Premio Sausage for about 10-15 minutes.
2. In a small crock pot, heat the 3 packages of cream cheese on high setting until soft. Once you can stir the cream cheese, add sausage and can of tomatoes and green chilies. Mix thoroughly and serve with tortilla chips.
