Ingredients:
1 onion, finely chopped1 clove of garlic, minced
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 jar of Marinara sauce
1/2 cup red wine
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil 1 pound pasta (your favorite kind)
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make PREMIO Everyday Pasta:
1. In a pan, saute finely chopped onion in olive oil until almost translucent.
2. Add 1 clove minced garlic and Premio Sausage to pan. Add 2 cups cherry tomatoes and a jar of Marinara Sauce, with 1/2 cup of red wine. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil. Pour over cooked pasta of your choice.
