- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Grilled Premio Hot Italian Sausage Links or Patties:
1. Place Premio Sausage onto grill and grill until done and no longer pink, according to package instructions.
2. Remove from grill and place cooked sausage into roll. Top with chunky salsa and serve.
