- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Avo-Sausage Egg Melt Recipe:
1. Pit avocados and insert eggs in hollow. Broil eggs until almost done.
2. Add cooked Premio Sausage and cheddar cheese to eggs; broil until melted. Add any additional spices desired.
