Ingredients:
2 split chicken breasts,quartered5 large peeled potatoes, quartered
4 large onions, sliced
4 red bell peppers, quartered
Salt to taste
Oregano to taste
Pepper to taste
2 cans peeled italian tomatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Sausage & Chicken Pizziola:
1. In a large aluminum pan, mix all of the above ingredients.
2. Place in 375 degrees (F) preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid top burning and sticking.
