Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds Premio Premio’s Sweet Italian Sausage, sliced
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
5 pounds fresh mix green like collard or kale, cleaned and broken into small pieces
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh black pepper
1/4 cup fresh hot pepper
1 cup water
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Hot and Green Premio:
1. In a large pot, cook Premio Sausage according to package instructions, until done.
2. Mix in remaining ingredients; Cook on medium heat until green are tender. Serve warm and enjoy.
