Grilled Premio Sausage & Veggie Foil Packs

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Premio Hot & Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage
  • 2 corn on the cob, shucked & each cut into five 1″ circles
  • 1 small onion, cut into chunks
  • 12-16 baby potatoes
  • A handful of green beans, cut into large pieces

Serves 2

  • Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
  • Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.

How to make Grilled Premio Sausage & Veggie Foil Packs:

  1. Heat grill on medium-high heat.
  2. Wrap the veggies tightly in foil with 2tsp oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Make sure foil is sealed tight to trap heat.
  3. Cook for approximately 20 minutes on the grill with the lid shut.
  4. Halfway through the veggies cooking, add the sausage and cook approximately 5 minutes per side, checking for an internal temp of 165° F.
