Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package Premio Sweet Italian Sausage Meat or Premio Hot Italian Sausage Meat
1 (10 ounce) can of Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
1 bag Tostito Scoops
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Creamy Sausage Dip:
1. In a frying pan, cook Premio sausage meat for about 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
2. In a small crock pot, heat the 3 packages of cream cheese on high setting until soft. Once you can stir the cream cheese, add sausage and can of Ro-Tel. Mix thoroughly and serve with scoops or other tortilla chips.
