Ingredients:
1 bag pre-cut potatoes (ready to heat)1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
2 tablespoons mined garlic
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/3 cup yellow mustard
1/3 cup low fat mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper to taste
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Hot Potato Salad:
1. In a skillet, cook Premio Sausage until cooked though. Remove and cut into thin slices; then cut the slices in half.
2. Pour bag of pre-cut potatoes into microwaveable bowl. Cover bowl with a wet paper towel and heat for 3 – 5 minutes, until potatoes are steamy and soft (but not mushy).
3. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients and cooked and cut sausage. Once potatoes have cooked, remove from the microwave and add the remaining ingredients mixture. Fold everything together and serve warm. Enjoy!
