Ingredients:
1 package Premio Private: Kielbasa
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Kielbasa and Kraut:
1. In a saute pan, place Premio Sauage; saute with a small amount of olive oil until sausage is browned. Remove from pan but leave pan drippings.
2. Add sauerkraut to hot pan; cook and stir until all the bits are removed from the bottom of the pan.
3. Lower heat, return kielbasa to pan and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
