Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package Premio Private: Kielbasa
1 (10.5 ounce) can chopped kraut
1 can of hot rotel
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Kielbasa Kraut:
1. Slice Premio Sausage into 1-2 inch pieces. In a skillet, brown sausage and drain.
2. Add kraut, stewed tomatoes and rotel; simmer for 25 minutes. Let cool before serving.
