Ingredients:
4 Premio Mild Italian Sausage, cooked and thinly sliced
2 cups pimento cheese
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
Walnuts, finely chopped
1 bag Party ‘tizers Super Grains Dippin’ Chips
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Little Italy Divinity Dip:
1. Place cream cheese, pimiento cheese, oil, chives, salt and basil in a blender or food processor; pulse until blended smooth. Spoon mixture into a serving bowl.
2. Stir in sliced, cooked Premio Sausage and sprinkle walnuts over top. Serve dip with Super Grains Dippin’ Chips.
